Monika Malewska is a professional tattooer and illustrator born in 1991 in Poland.
Monika has been drawing since early childhood, creating her first commissioned portraits as early as age 17. Along with tattooing, which is now her leading pursuit, she creates illustrations that transport the viewer into surreal, dreamlike, monochromatic worlds. Her work, known primarily for its dreamlike, surreal atmosphere, is often described as dark mysticism. She is also actively involved in fields such as poetry, photography, and paper-based crafts. Her main sources of inspiration are dreams, visions, and beliefs, as they all speak the language of symbols and serve as a bridge between human mind and soul. Careful observation of the world and people allows her to stay grounded in reality and has an increasingly significant influence on her work.
Graduated from Architecture and Urban Planning in Technical University of Bialystok.
